All foams used by Weichelt are “made in Germany” and are foamed CFC-free. In addition, all Weichelt foams are certified according to Öko-Tex Standard 100. They are absolutely odorless and can be used safely in all areas.
Quality synthetic leather
Weichelt quality synthetic leather is “made in Germany”, extremely skin-friendly and has a very pleasant and warm feel. Weichelt quality synthetic leather does not contain any health-related additives such as pentachlorophenol or amines. The final painting is based on aqueous acrylates and polyurethanes. Weichelt quality synthetic leather is free of cadmium and fulfills the European standard for children’s toys (EN 71/3) and, due to its durability, the DIN 53160 test of children’s toys for saliva and perspiration resistance. The quality synthetic leather used is also flame-retardant, complies with the American Motor Vehicle Safety Standard MVSS 302 and has been tested in accordance with DIN 75200 (flame resistance: <100mm / min).
